This policy explains how David Waters Productions, LLC handles information through davidwatersproductions.com. We are a video-production business in Melbourne, Florida. Contact us at [email protected] or 321-525-1290 about privacy or your information.
Information you provide
When you request a project, we receive your name, email address, phone number, message and any project details you choose to provide, such as video type, timing and budget. Budget is optional. We use this information to respond, prepare estimates, manage projects and keep business records. A form submission can be stored on the website and delivered to our business email. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
Technical information and service providers
Website and security systems can process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages and error or spam indicators to deliver and protect the site. Our hosting, security and email providers process information needed for those services. If you use an external payment, video, review or social-media service, that provider also processes information under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and your choices
Essential technology supports site operation, security and saved consent choices. We request Statistics consent for analytics and Marketing consent for advertising tracking. You can refuse optional categories and still contact us. Visiting this site or sending an inquiry is not itself agreement to personalized advertising.
Use the controls on our Cookie Policy and consent-settings page to change or withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal applies going forward; it does not automatically erase previously collected records. Browser controls can also delete stored cookies and site data. Our Google advertising consent integration treats a Global Privacy Control signal as a denial of Marketing consent.
Google Analytics and Google Ads remarketing
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, referral sources and actions such as playing portfolio videos or submitting an inquiry. With Marketing consent, eligible website activity can be used with Google Ads for remarketing, advertising measurement, and demographics and interests reporting. Remarketing means you may see a David Waters Productions ad later on participating websites, apps or Google services.
We and vendors including Google may use our first-party cookies or identifiers together with Google’s third-party advertising cookies or identifiers to connect eligible visits and ad interactions. Our current remarketing audience uses a 30-day membership window and is configured to exclude recorded inquiries. We do not intentionally send the name, email address, phone number or message entered in our project form as Google Analytics event data.
Google Signals
When enabled and permitted by consent, Google Signals can associate website visitation information with Google account information for people signed in to Google who have enabled Ads Personalization. It supports aggregated audience insights and advertising across devices. Google does not provide us with a list of these visitors’ names or email addresses. We do not attempt to identify people from Google’s aggregated reports.
Google privacy controls
- Turn off Marketing in our cookie settings to refuse advertising tracking on this site; turn off Statistics to refuse optional analytics.
- Manage Google personalized advertising through My Ad Center, and use your device’s advertising-privacy settings for apps.
- Review or delete activity available in your Google account at My Activity.
- Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See how Google uses information from partner sites and its Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Clarity, Meta and embedded media
The site’s measurement setup includes Microsoft Clarity, which can record interaction patterns, clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replays to help improve the site and understand the effectiveness of its content. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology; Microsoft may also use this information for its own purposes, including advertising, as explained in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Contact-form fields are configured for masking. Optional measurement is subject to the site’s consent controls.
Meta/Facebook tracking, when enabled with Marketing consent, can support advertising measurement and audiences on Facebook and Instagram. See Meta’s Privacy Policy. Playing embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos may connect your browser to those providers and allow them to process viewing/device information under their own policies. Links to external sites are not covered by this policy.
Retention, access and privacy requests
We keep inquiries and project correspondence as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal or security requirements. Our primary Google Analytics property is configured for 14-month user/event-level retention, with user retention restarting on new activity; aggregated reports can remain longer. The 30-day advertising audience window is separate from these retention settings. Provider cookie lifetimes and storage periods vary.
Our business and providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email us using the contact above; we may need to verify your request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
This policy will be updated when our practices change. The latest version and date will be available on this page.
Company-level website analytics (Leadfeeder)
With your statistics and marketing consent, we use Leadfeeder to help identify businesses visiting this website and understand their interest in our production services. Leadfeeder processes technical visit information, including IP address, pages visited, referral information and visit timing, and may associate visits with a company and approximate location. This does not establish which individual at a company visited.
Our Leadfeeder installation does not load before these consents, respects Global Privacy Control, and excludes recognized staff and test traffic. Optional form-submission identification is disabled: this installation does not copy names, email addresses or message text from our forms into Leadfeeder. You can withdraw consent through this site's Manage consent controls. See Leadfeeder's privacy notice for its processing and storage information.
